At the heart of our operation is quality control along with the personal pride we take with every part we make. To that end, our Quality Control Department employs advanced techniques to ensure that each part measures up to your specifications and expectations, as well as our own highest standards of craftsmanship. All inspection equipment is maintained, calibrated and certified by independent sources to meet the exacting needs dictated by our customers´ requirements.We use various types of inspection equipment including an optical comparator, digital height gages and various other universal measuring equipment to continuously monitor and control our manufacturing accuracy. We perform set-up, in-process and final inspections to ensure that the parts we produce meet your requirements the first time.
